Alltronics – So, last year when they fixed our TV they were great! This year, not so much. Not that they did not do all they could...just did not communicate very well with us. Have had it a couple of months now and I would have expected them to communicate with us. I felt like we had to chase them down at times.
Awful Service – My TV has been in their shop for over two months, and it still is not repaired. They have never called me to provide an update, and in general, seem uninterested in customer service.
We sent our tv here over FIVE WEEKS AGO. They told us it would be 7-10 business days, and now its been over 40. And all that was wrong with it was a bulb out. They never called us to keep in touch about what was going on. Any communtion was through us calling them trying to figure out what was taking so long AND they charged us a fee which we are most certaintly NOT going to pay. Waste of time and money. Take your business elsewhere. I cannot believe that a company is run like this.
