Have an alarm system and a medical alert system for my elderly mother. Service is great, always a fast response. Often troubleshooting can be done via phone, and the staff is very patient and helpful during those times. Would highly recommend.
This service was poorly run and ineffective - for long periods of time it just wouldn't work. Worse, they had the rudest, nastiest customer service - I called them repeatedly to discuss an overpayment made; when the owner finally called me back, he screamed at me, told me to "burn his number," then hung up on me. I was completely shocked. In my opinion, I would STAY FAR AWAY FROM ALLTRON!!
