I purchased a cuff for $488.00 after reading in bold print on their website "15 Day Returns." When I received the cuff it was much too bulky and I immediately returned it for my refund. I received an email from them stating that they did not issue refunds but instead gave a store credit. In essence their business practice was to take the money of unsuspecting customers and hold their money hostage instead of issuing a refund. BUYER BEWARE: I really wanted to like what I got and be a long time loyal customer but the quality is very very terrible and the customer service even worse. I spent a total of $288 (Belt Buckle: $222, no sterling silver hallmark and just says handmade on the back) (Belt: $66) not including shipping on a belt and a belt buckle.
