Im a mechanic business, decided to give these guys a go. Gave them all the transmission code details and make and model of the vehicle for a filter kit. Started the job yesterday arvo, and to my surprise they had still managed to supply me the wrong filter. Had to race around to get the right parts to complete the job. Called to let them know, no apology and i have to bring it back to them for a refund. Will not be using them again, or recommending them.
They don't use spit or Vaseline when it comes to roughing you up with pricing and the strange part it's not even genuine parts.
Always a pleasure to deal with the guys at Alltranz Tuggerah. Quick and friendly service.
Called this morning for an a couple of hard to find aftermarket parts, only supplier in Australia. They were very happy and helpful. Supplied squire instantly, I paid, will be shipped today. Couldn't recommend anyone better.
