HORRIBLE Customer Service: This company does NOT support their products. For example, I purchased an expensive (and nicely designed) all aluminum 2 ton jack from them. After 3 years it would not pump up or purge so the seals needed to be refurbished. Called Alltrade, "we do not sell seal kits", why I asked, "too much liability". Even on something as simple as a seal kit which is commonly needed for jacks. So, Alltrade does not sell the spare parts needed to support their tools nor do they stand behind their tools with ANY ki... read more

I purchased a Kawasaki Pressure washer that All trades makes but uses their motor. The CAST fittings they use in the pressure washer wand cracked & was leaking. The CAST fitting where the motor and hose connects cracked too. You cannot go to the local hardware store and get fittings since this is design for this specific motor. 100% junk company that cannot stand by their work but email you back saying you can purchase parts. Also the customer service line is always busy no matter what time of day. Search my name on youtube ... read more
