Today my car broke at the pump (key lost communication) walked in and tild this ("nice grandma like lady") that my car broke down and that the tow truck is coming. Very rudely she replied that I must stay with my car! I've already called Uber as I was running late to a meeting, for I've reminded her that we are all human and that I respectfully ask her to please let me leave my car there. Gas machines either super slow or completely broken. Everyone around me having the same issues… what a hassle.
Very disappointed after having been to this gas station for decades. I stopped to fill my car and get it washed, then parked for 15 minutes to take a phone call, and the manager said I needed to move my car. I showed my receipt to the employee, who stated it was the manager’s orders. Really poor customer service and I won’t be back.
2:30 today: Made comment about a snow day Tuesday and miserable older woman behind counter said they nor any of her grandkids got it and listed their schools. If it had been my first time there, I would never go back.
Why go to Dunkin Donuts when this place has the best coffee around. Still love Aroma Joe's but am going here for my coffee even more. The lady usually working is super nice.
