Gas station is a rip off. Every single item is marked up what seems like 25% to anywhere else. A candy bar is $4 for christ sakes. The same one costs $2 at a grocery store.
I do not typically leave a negative review however this store over the past two years has gone severely downhill to the point that it’s unbearable to even go in there anymore. The advertised price of an item was 2 for $4. When I rang them up at self check out they came up as 2.59 each, so I went to the cashier who rung them up. Her excuse for them ringing up at $2.59. The employees at this gas station are completely irresponsible. Normally, the evening shift change takes about 20–30 minutes, but when the two younger male workers are on duty, they keep the store closed for over an hour. I’ve been waiting outside for an hour now and the store is still closed. I don’t know what they’re doing inside, but they’re definitely there — just not opening the door. I went there today, Dec 28th, at 230pm 'ish and I was refused service by a cashier who had purple hair because I was barefoot. I was with my son, there was no one in the store or pumping gas. We got our 6 drinks, went to pay, and she was smiling at me and just stood there. I asked if there's an issue, and she said I was barefoot. I said yes, my Dr orders to not wear shoes unnecessarily and that there is no sign at the door about needing to wear shoes. The car wash rinsed our car off a bit and then told us to exit. Went inside and got a rewash. The car wash then worked properly, but didn’t rinse well at all. Soap and streaks left all over our car. Probably won’t be back.
