I have had the misfortune of dealing with Alltex RV’s owner (Darrell Holmes) in attempting him to pay off a mistake THAT HE MADE for almost 2 ½ years now! I purchased an item from Alltex RV years ago but, due to THEIR mistake, I received notices from a collections agency!! AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! Alltex RV in Bacliff, TX went above and beyond to get our trailer back on the road in time for our anniversary trip during Memorial Day weekend. we found out that the floor in the bathroom to our camp trailer was rotted out the morning of May 23rd while packing it up for a trip. We live in Montgomery and Darrell was EXTREMELY nice and had a tow service come and pick up our trailer the morning of the 24th and texted me pictures morning of the 25th with the completed project.
