We purchased a house, and the seller wasn’t sure how old the roof was. We had one roofer come out to assess it, and they told us the roof only had a couple of years left at most (obviously). We decided to get a second opinion, and we’re glad we did. Danny assessed the roof and determined it was no more than 5 years old. He even replaced a few shingles and sealed the flashing for free.
