The Albany does "not" answer any calls on (229) 888-4300. You get a prompt to talk with a service representative, however it just keeps ringing and "no one" ever answers. I have made call for the past four days and no one "ever" answers. I was told my upgrade service by the representative at the Albany office would be approx $10.00 but when I received my bill last week it was a 50% increase, not Approx $10.00 as told by the Alltel Rep.
