The owner of this place, John Christie, is a fraud and takes advantage of small companies. We advertised for his locations over a years time and he always lied about performance to get a huge discount. He claimed one employee was drunk, meanwhile that employee he was talking about was a hardcore church goer and training for an upcoming olympic fencing competition. As an att customer I know to take the drive to hickory because it's not likely to get the assistance I need when visiting this store. Also had the same experience when taking an elderly family member here for resolving issues with cellular phone service. Not the employees fault this store is just an authorized retailer instead of a corporate store.
