These folks are no help. If you come here, make sure you check your plans and exactly what there putting on your accounts. Literally everytime I come here, there's always an issue. EVERY SINGLE TIME. The manager there is a joke, I had a plan for 1 line. when I transferred from Verizon to ATT. Left and had 2 plans with 1 phone. Paying for 2 plans for 6 MONTHS. Everytime I tried to fix it they said THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I still to this day get unexplained charges monthly with 0 help.
