Terrible Customer Service Typically when a large company like Verizon advertises coast-to-coast coverage, you would think they would live up to thier promise. Not Verizon. When my phone stopped working for a week, they told me it was because I have a different area code and that nothing could be done.
Busy store but quick service Went in for my brokin phone, got it wet and did not hav phone protection, they let me get a new one early at a discounted price. Which was great cause i was on vacation and would not have had a phone for the drive home. Thank You !!!
