OVER PRICED AND TAKES FOREVER. Made an appointment to fix my turn signal...The casing was cracked and leaking in water, so I knew the assembly needed to be replaced. I brought in my car at 8am and didn't hear from them until about 4pm. They received the wrong part and rescheduled my appointment. Brought my car back in for the second day at 8am. Alltek is the best! They’ve done oil changes on a Mazda CX-9 and Buick LeSabre for me plus tire rotations and also replaced a coolant hose on a 05 Beetle. Honest and competent mechanics. What more do you need?
I've taken my 79 Mercedes 240D to them on a couple of occasions. The latest was a result air in my fuel lines. I had them complete some additional preventative maintenance as well. The car acted up again on the way home and turns out they had installed the wrong hoses. I brought the car back the next day and went to work right away.
