Poor company. Unprofessional and borderline incompetent for most basic tasks.
Wow am I ever impressed! I was expecting to hunker down in blankets freezing for hours without electricity. We were notified well in advance that the power would be down between 10 AM and 3 PM due to upgrades to a few polls on the street, so I was pleasantly shocked when our power was only out from 10:30 AM to about 11:45 AM as Allteck sent out a Full crew to get the job done ASAP with absolutely no disturbance to the neighborhood or passing cars and parking etc., so I just had to go down the street and meet these incredible... read more
Teach your drivers in the city how to drive. One of your trucks was out in East Van today at the chevron we were turning in on the right side his left to get air for our tires and he came head to head with us instead of staying to his right since he was exiting so we told him to go around and instead he threw your company truck on us forcing us to back up and go around him. He was in the wrong and should know that this type of poor driving etiquette and behaviour in a company vehicle reflects poorly on the company.
