Garner is the best and fair with all kinds of transmission repair, rebuild and replace. Have had two of my vehicle here. Now my third vehicle is there
I paid them 2,000 to rebuild my transmission they gave me my truck back without checking the fluids in my truck I drove back home over an hour drive without Motor oil. Now there is a knocking sound coming from my engine. When I called to explain all he could say was that it wasn't his responsibility to check anything else and just hung up on me so now I have to pay an attorney to resolve this issue and also pay more money to fix knocking in my motor.
Had transmission work done and I was more than satisfied. The diagnostic was free. Had to come back twice because of a leak due to me purchasing a used transmission. Was charged the first (I purchased the transmission and had them put it in so the seal leak wasn't their fault but still took a little off the labor) but on the second visit, though well within their right to charge to repair a leak unrelated to their work, didn't charge us. Next time i will have them rebuild my transmission for me instead of getting a used one.... read more
