Extremely negligent and absolutely unacceptable transaction service. Poor communication and did not have a finger on the pulse to this transaction in the slightest bit. Not to mention, they were sent two large insurance checks to add into the transaction. Once the transaction died (which admittedly is no fault of the title company), they decided to send these large checks back in snail mail without tracking.
