Alltech used to be a preferred business of mines too deal with. I really didn’t expect the treatment that I received from alltech last week. They initially canceled my appointment which I understood due to covid-19 which, I was told that once everything was back up and running, they would reinstate my appointment...., that didn’t happen! They ultimately tried to get over on me and my family of 7! We have a big family with limited resources especially with everything that’s going on right now. I strongly recommend you don’t hire these people, unless you’d like to be called names and a liar! Corey the “manger” is highly unprofessional and rude and very unhelpful, save your time and energy and hire a different business!
Called to ask for a tech to service my almost 17 yr old Samsung refrigerator that would shut off after 10 hrs but then would work fine for 12 hrs if shut off for a 1/2 hr. This is the 1st problem in almost 17 yrs. Company called back and said they would probably advise just getting a new ref. I understood but countered that it might be something simple and inexpensive. This company is TERRIBLE. They were supposed to diagnose the odor issue in my front loader washing machine. I explained that I had used bleach (and every other solution that could be googled) to get rid of the smell and nothing worked. The tech came out and told me to use bleach and charged me $100 for the advice. When I tried to discuss this with the office manager Corey he was rude and indignant. Couldn't recommend Alltech more. They were reasonable, knowledgeable and honest. We had them out two different times for our Samsung refrigerator and was pleased both times. The first was for a leak. The tech diagnosed it quickly. He didn't have the part but returned to install it as soon an it arrived. The second time was because the freezer stopped working. They made an appointment the next day. The tech did some investigating and found the problem. He said he could fix it for $500-700 but since the refrigerator was 10 yea... read more
