We have been a customer for over 15 years. This company is a unicorn in today's service industries. They're always professional on time and their fees are appropriate. Plus, they have the most cordial Office staff that you will ever call and talk to on the phone. My only complaint to them would be that they need to start a garage door division. We are very happy customers!

We have fought with our gate system for years and it seemed to be a maintenance nightmare. Every time we turned around we had a service call and the gate got worse and worse and we spent more and more money with more and more problems. Anyways After working with Alltech (the entire team is FANTASTIC to work with) they found numerous issues and they have knocked them all out minus one but we are on the schedule to get that fixed as well and then our gate will be 100% worry free.
