Allstrap sold me a "new" Signode BXT3-19 strapper for $3955.00 this year. When it needed service, an authorized Signode dealer told us that the Signode factory warranty was not valid for ANY work on this tool. Allstrap had ground off the tool's serial number, and stamped in a fake one. According to a representative at Signode, Allstrap is no longer buying tools from them. I had an excellent experience with Allstrap. The rental unit I received was in great condition. When I had questions about how to properly operate it, Josh was able to answer all of my questions that day. I will be using Allstrap for all of my future banding needs.
