I just tried and use these guys to fix a machine. It came back the same way I sent it out with an addition of 3 parts. If you send a machine out to get fixed with DUCT tape on it. Don't you think that would be something to fix? Or better yet hold the machine for 2 months and tell me I'm not a mind reader and I would not get my job done if I had to call people back about their machines. I've been doing business with this people for several months now every time I go there. They have the worst customer service ever the person at the front counter is always upset and mean with poor customer service experience
