I called this company to make an appointment with Albert and he was very nice. Once I called again to confirm the appointment and let Albert know the maintenance guy was going to open the door his whole demeanor changed. He snapped at me and raised his voice saying he did not want to wait on a third party and to meet him there today to get it done.
