My lock quit working so I cashed Allstate and they came out here and quickly discerned I needed a new lock. My team member that replaced the lock was quick, efficient and cleaned up after himself. We checked the lock using the phone and also manually from outside the house. Great customer service.
Morgan has been great and easy to get ahold of if you have any questions. Mike the installer was awesome! Equipment is very easy to learn and use. If you’re looking for a security system go with Allstate!
