Unbelievably bad experience. Despite have done 4 systems with them before, they desktop quoted with no inspection and then on day of install refused to do the job because they didn’t scope it correctly. After I declined alternate quotes. I had to threaten legal action to get it complete, install a $1000 manhole and wait 4 months with a couple of thousand dollars in power bills extra. We had a battery installed, gas hotplate and gas hot water removed, with new hot water pump and induction hotplate installed. The team were on time, the installation was excellent, the communication was excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable. The rebates were factored in, and the whole process was completed professionally. Our bills are neglible, and would recommend to anyone considering the solar pathway.
AllState solar have just installed a new SigEnergy battery an replaced my aging solar system. We couldn't be happier. The installers were knowledgeable and helpful and Yong is very easy to deal with. Would recommend.
I had a good experience with Allstate Solar. They were not pushy and offered a sensible system for me based on what I could afford. I was happy with quality of the install and the after sale service. I have amended this review from 5 stars to 3 and would like to add that a problem I've had with a terribly annoying intermittent resonating sound that comes from the Sygenergy battery has not been addressed.
