AVOID, AVOID, AVOID Without a doubt, the WORST place to take your taxes. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! Today is 3/24/11. I dropped off my taxes on 2/4/11. I still do not have my taxes in hand. I have called the office, spoke with the manager and even went to Corporate Headquarters. There is no follow up since one of their best preparers took ill. The manager is totally inept.
