Tech came on site for a regular pumping, they didn’t have the bits to open the tank and instead decided to pry it off and damage all of my lids. Left, charged me for it, then I ask them to come back and fix the lids because of the smell and it’s been over 2 months and they still have yet to come back. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

You should hold back payment for landscape repair. Never returned to complete job. 6 months later still incomplete! Need more soil and levaling….
Techs do not have proper knowledge or tools to diagnose systems. Tech came to check out my system on Thursday, could not properly diagnose the problem. I paid for labor, now I need them to come and use a camera for diagnostics, which will be an additional labor cost and not until Monday, leaving my system in an alarm state all weekend.
