Terrible service! I recently noticed a puddle next to my septic system, which indicated that it was overflowing. I contacted this company with no idea what the issue could be — now I wish I hadn’t. From the beginning, I told them the situation seemed suspicious because the septic had been pumped only 6 months earlier, and nobody had even been staying at the property since then. I had two other companies come out to provide a quote on pumping the septic and neither one would due to the distance and incline. Sheldon, from Allstate Septic Systems, was positive it could be pumped and he was right. They also figured out how to fix my ecoflow system. This is the only company I will work with on my septic from this point forward. Straightforward, honest, and had a can-do attitude. I highly recommend Allstate Septic Systems for any work you're going to have done.

I scheduled our septic pumping with All State Septic Systems, and they did a great job! Barry was so kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. Gave me feedback on our tanks condition and cleaned our septic filter also. We use Allstate every 3-4 years for our tank maintenance and every time we have a great service provided.

All-State has been fantastic to work with so far. Recently they replaced one of our Ecoflow filters cheaper than quoted, while also addressing other issues our system had. Both the support rep (Holly) and field techs were patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Happy to be working with them.
