Good luck if you are military... Vector's Security was fine. We never had an issue with them calling us and checking if an alarm was tripped or there was a problem.

THAT SAID, they have been awful to work with. My husband and I are former military. They would not use our orders to cancel our contract when we were moving from the area. We were forced to either keep the contract or go ahead and pay it off. We wound up renting our house and including the security in the rent for our tenants because of this. Great Company! Great company, highly recommend them to all of my neighbors. Had a service issue and Andrew one of the company's techs repaired my system and it works better than when originally installed. My only complaint with the company is the lady on the phone when she called to schedule my service has no personality and is quite rude.
excellent service Great security company. They are very professional. They are also very quick at calling you when your alarm goes off. It is well worth the monthly expense and they offer competitive rates. I would recommend them over other companies.
