Joseph came to look at our roof and promised to provide an updated quote and an alternative service provider’s contact details. These were not received and after numerous attempts to follow this up via email, phone and text, all of which were ignored, we were forced to give up after 2 months of receiving no response. We see that we are not the first to experience this unresponsive service. If you don’t want to do the job, your potential customers would appreciate being informed of this as a matter of courtesy.

Our roof repairs survived ex-tropical cyclone Alfred (2025)!!! After trying to get a roofer to come and quote on our leaking roof for 3months, Joe came round a day after I called for a quote. He fixed our roof within a week of quoting and did so the day before cyclone Alfred was due to hit. When the rain did come, it was torrential and lasted for days, not to mention the cyclonic winds - the roof has not leaked at all!! Joe is very friendly, honest, and does a great job. Thanks Joe!

I engaged with Allstate Roof Maintenance & Restoration. Joe inspected my roof but after numerous attempts, I never received a quote. Simply, a waste of both our time. I do believe their quality of work is of high standard.
