Poor costumer service. And they do not address your claim properly
NO pierdan su tiempo NI dinero con los seguros de carros, casas, enseres del hogar. Había pagado el seguro para la nevera y una vez se dañó, han hecho todo lo posible por: no pagar la nevera/ cambiarla/ arreglarla, nada. Llevo llamándolos varias veces al mes y siempre se inventan una excusa y dicen que lo harán, pasan los días y nada. Volví a llamar recientemente y dijeron que me cerraron el caso y NUNCA hicieron nada. Me robaron el dinero. EL SERVICIO ES HORRIBLE.
