Absolutely abysmal service from the parts department, only chance of getting correct parts is if you provide part numbers, then they will have you drive 400 miles round trip to pickup the parts they never actually ordered but said they were in. This is not the first time it has happened but will definitely be the last.
Amazing Experience Thanks to all great mechanics Allstate Peterbilt of Dickinson they really make the impossible , to become possible thank you guys for getting my car Hauler out quickly. And Angel from customer Service at Repair department did amazing job on communication’s and updates . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Horrible experience! Went through Eaton for a repair that was 7226$, and supposed to be covered under warranty! Waited 2 months for the refund, they didn't even refunded the entire amount. Lack of responsibility at management level, loor communication. I will not recommend to take the truck there!
