Have dealt with the parts department for years and had great success until management decided to fire their good employees and keep the ones that don't know anything. Good luck getting the right parts.
Absolutely abysmal service from the parts department, only chance of getting correct parts is if you provide part numbers, then they will have you drive 400 miles round trip to pickup the parts they never actually ordered but said they were in. This is not the first time it has happened but will definitely be the last.
