Stuck on the side of the highway without any parts to fix your rig is troubling. Late in the day and all service trucks busy is even worse. This company's parts department went out of their way to get me the parts I needed to get moving again. They did it without me having an account with them which is never heard of these days. Great people to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
