James is great! Continues to service our building in upstate ny always highly professional. Helping us maintain and prevent pests. He is very knowledgeable on the subject and easily explains problems. Jessica always answers my calls and is easy to work with helping out immediately.
Stole money from my apartment don’t trust this company they don’t even care no compensation nothing
I had never heard of this company until they entered my apartment without notice or permission. They put glue traps down in my apartment for ants, which I've never had in my 4 years living here in the 3rd floor. I have 2 cats that could have gotten stuck in those traps. It looks like they may have opened my fiance's dresser drawer too, which is concerning. I see in the reviews that I'm not the only person who's had this happen to them.
