it’s very normal that there is some change during policy period, and it leads to refunds issue. After seven months asking for refund, it makes me frustrated, and very disappointed with local office to treat Allstate customers. If there is system mistake, Local office should do his best to coordinate with home service, not to let customer to resolve problems by himself.
