Near their!can't get him to return calls, poor customer service
Rated a 1 because it won’t go any lower. This agency is the biggest joke, ever. Every time I go in or call, Chad has to make a call because he can’t answer your question. To make it worse, he doesn’t get back with you. I wouldn’t buy insurance through this agency, if you’re looking.
Can never get anyone to answer the phone called to add a rv to my policy ended up calling 800 number to get it done called 4 or 5 times last Friday couldn’t leave a message mailbox full and no one ever called me back I love Allstate but want a new agent
