Some of the parts guys that work here are rude as can be and shouldn't be in customer service!
The guy at the front desk has the personality of a rock and not very welcoming but other than that, most of the order was ready for pickup when I got there and it didn’t take long for them to get the rest ready.
Nick, Noah, Tony and the rest of the crew are always awesome to work with. They go above and beyond to get me the right parts as soon as possible. The new St Cloud location will be extremely handy having that amount of parts within 30 minutes from our shop vs waiting until the next day.
