WHEN PARTS ARE NEEDED TO BE ORDERED, VERY SELDOM DO THEY SHOW UP ON THE THEIR SHIPPING PROGRAM. THEY SEEM TO BLAME THE OUT GOING STORE FOR THIS ISSUE. EVEN WHEN SHIPPED UPS THEY ALWAYS RUN A DAY LATE. THIS CAUSES ISSUES DUE THE FACT A UNIT BROKE DOWN ANOTHER DAY MEANS IT IS LOOSING MONEY.
