Where to begin, first off, I have to give a 1 star due to Google does not allow a 0 star rating. The company was hired by our apartment complex. We sent over photos of all the rooms, and they said they will be able to take care of it. We knew of the days they were coming, but nothing was stated about the time frame they were arriving on the first day, which we were supposed to be called the day before and was not. I can’t even begin to express how negligently and haphazardly Allstate moving company packed up my household goods. My items arrived with broken furniture, missing hardware to reassembly furniture, damaged artwork, smashed hats and boots, dress shirts smashed into boxes and dented and scratched items. And I can’t believe I tipped the incompetent packers that did it all! This company has zero respect for your items.
They move everything up without scratching anything. Thanks, guys! Highly recommend Allstate Moving company!
