We had a furnace installed about 5 years ago and have been having increasingly more trouble with it. I called Allstate to come take a look at it as it is under warranty for 10 years. I called a couple times and never received a return call from them. What a horrible way to treat customers. I get they may be busy but there’s no excuse to not call and inquire or set up an appointment.
