STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! We have used the company for 10 years, they have recently gone down hill FAST! The company double billed us and Sal has refused to call us back while stealing our money. They are scammers.
The owner came out and explained to me all the different options I had. Very clear on what costs of different things would be. His employees that did the install worked the whole time very minimal breaks. The tech assigned was very clear on how to work all the different features. They came referred by multiple close friends who have only said good things about his work. Would recommend him to anyone
We inherited all state when we bought house. There irrigation personnel broke our valve and asked $75+ to repair it. And then again broke it after few months. When we complained, there was no response. They did not take responsibility, nor did they repair.
We inherited Allstates 'work' when we bought our house. They were bold enough to leave their service sticker in the control box. The work outside the house wouldn't qualify as a passible DIY job. The control box was never buried. The wiring is... I'm surprised it hasn't shorted out yet. If you're considering doing it yourself... Hey! I've got proof that paying isn't always the best option. If you want to hire professionals to install your sprinklers, then look elsewhere.
