Yousaf is never available and does not follow up with customers. Tried reaching him multiple times to talk about the changes made to my policy and he was always out of office (I called during different times). He does not care about retaining customers. He is the PRIMARY reason I left Allstate as he did not notify me about the increase in my premium and did not care to explain the reasoning behind it or find a solution.
