Had a number of issues with not getting replies from my agent or poor communication. Every year expect a massive premium increase (40+%) even though the agent assured me that all state would not do this. My home insurance more than doubled within 3 years
Extremely unprofessional. If you regret to inform people that you are closed, at least make everyone be aware of it when they search it online. Everywhere, google, apple, say that they are open and by the time we got here they are closed.
Worst insurance company when its comes to claims, unrelaible and rude.
