Hours of waiting . Wrong vin on my insurance Pink slip . Not my fault send the agent pictures. Been trying to Fixs this since Aug 22 . Talk with a manager once. She was too busy will call back in 6 business days . Which takes it too September 11 . Been waiting now for 90 mins. Also already payed them 2512.63 for car and ATV insurance. Got a bill today pass due for 2482.10. Ask about getting my money back and no reply . One classic pass the buck show
Had a number of issues with not getting replies from my agent or poor communication. Every year expect a massive premium increase (40+%) even though the agent assured me that all state would not do this. My home insurance more than doubled within 3 years
Extremely unprofessional. If you regret to inform people that you are closed, at least make everyone be aware of it when they search it online. Everywhere, google, apple, say that they are open and by the time we got here they are closed.
Worst insurance company when its comes to claims, unrelaible and rude.
It is a great pleasure to have Melissa Prinzen helping me with all my insurance needs. I have been with AllState for almost 30 years and always have excellent experience.
