Services have become increasingly app-driven and customer service is plummeting. I haven’t been able to get a response from email or phone calls for many weeks. Is this office even open??

Buyer be ware this company is dishonest, I chose not to renew my policies in February 2026, I sent 4 email prior to my renewal date letting them know this. They refused to cancel policies even after more email and texts after renewal date. They still are refusing to cancel policies (as of 4/2/2026) and after two months of non payments they are threatening collections for policies I did not renew. This is a very dishonest business practice and its obviously they do this all the time.

So i had called in to cancel my policy after switching to geico since all state was just too expensive. The women I had spoken with told me she would cancel it upon my request. Come to find two weeks later after not receiving my money back, the women never actually canceled my policy like she said she had. And they would only give me half my money back since two weeks had past. Don't trust these people, they only care about getting your money and will scam you to get it. I saved $200 dollars with geico, go there instead.

Support is nonexistent, requests for quotes for expanding or adding to our policy have gone unanswered and unacknowledged, and we generally just hope we never actually need to file a claim while we have this insurer. They were supposed to be the best in the area and have left me disappointed.
