Worst customer service I have ever seen. My home insurance premium went up by $20/month at renewal even though we made no claims or anything. I’ve been trying to call several times to inform the insurance that we replaced our roof in hopes of getting a premium reduction but I can never get through to anyone. On hold for over an hour. Average almost 1hr wait times to get in contact with anyone over the phone . Called each day and always same message of high volume of calls, average wait times 50mins. Very unreliable insurance, can't get a hold of anyone and no one has time to wait 50mins during a workday. Buying a new car and getting a hold of a representative to add it took more than 4 days of calls stuck in a long wait time. Allstate went downhill, their rates are not cheap either. Customer for many years, every time I call I heat the "we have higher caller volume than normal". After so many years, you would expect All State could figure out what their "normal volume" of callers is and hire agents accordingly.
I just want to take this time to leave a review for Kyle Nedd. If I could leave zero stars for him I would. He is a horrible appraiser and has horrible customer service. I noticed a lot of these reviews are similar in that the customer service as well as lack of responses is a common problem and thus quite a concern that should be addressed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to improvements moving forward.
