They failed to communicate with me about coverage of my home so I never cancelled my other policy, I decided against Allstate at that time and was charged anyway. Not impressed, just greedy company.
I recently received a cold call from Holly Enfinger about new, lower automobile insurance. I had previously used Allstate for my vehicles and still have my homeowners policy with them. I was skeptical about it but was proven wrong in a good way! The rates were lower and having both sets of policies in one place reduced my homeowners cost. I plan to get a quote for flood insurance in October. I like that Holly didn't try to sell me more insurance than I needed.
Jeffery Caufield Agency and Allstate is a Hugh disappointment. Called to get an question answered and was on the phone for hours. If you like getting a transferred multiple times and dealing with people that don't speak English well. The allstate and Jeffery Caufield Agency are your go to for disrespectful customer service. Called two days to get a quote on auto insurance (3 vehicles) and homeowners insurance (2 homes). Left a message with a live person and NEVER received a call back. Very poor way to begin a business relationship.

Jason Herbers: All State Insurance Agency uses lead generators from outside of the United States for telemarketing purposes using spoofed numbers. Was lied to about the cost of my roof. With no apology from the sales associate. Now I am waiting for my refund checks- a month later. Yet they bill me, and the bills seam to make it to me...but not my refund. Shady to say the least. And sad that be boasts about being a 4th gen Colorado native. SHAME
