I can't get around easily so I make calls for information on the bill once in a while. They are very courteous and quick to answer my questions. Am having hail damage repair to my house this summer. No problems whatsoever. I would recommend Allstate.
Would not recommend to anyone especially this location in Waite park very unprofessional in regards to solving issues they’ll increase your rates and blame it on inflation no follow up calls this location has went down hill I’d recommend going to new location over by the public library very professional and all around good.
Horrible communication rates are too high and not reasonable Toby lacks management and is very rude and disrespectful take your money some where else!!!
