I have talked to Tim a total of 2 times since my policy began in July 2015. He has not answered any phone calls or respond to emails. I have been trying to get a hold of him for months sending emails and at temping to leave voicemail - his mailbox is full 100% of the time. I received a response a couple of months ago about funds that I am owed and that they were sending me a check the next business day. Tim's service has taken a major nose dive over the past few years. I have given up trying to contact him anymore and have resorted to just having to conduct my business through the Allstate customer support center. Calls to his published office number are not answered and the voice mail is full so you cannot leave a message. He used to respond to emails but has evidently stopped doing that as well.
