This guy and the people who work for him are incompetent. It took them weeks to get back to me after they failed to submit paperwork leading to my plates getting suspended. When I was finally able to get them on the phone, I had to dictate exactly what they needed to do, because for some reason I should be the one who should understand how insurance and their job works.
They have great personnel and super service, this is rare in today's business atmosphere.
