I moved here from CA recently and had to get all new policies for my partner and I. I got the contact information from AllState's website and I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Thomas. He was great! Super friendly and super patient. Helped me understand everything about the policy coverages and walked me through the whole process and had all my cars and house insured in one phone call without any hassles. I have been insuring with this company for the past 4 years. I have problems with the lady receptionist or insurance agent there. I just do not like her customer service skills. My accident dropped off in October instead of re. Running my policy as a new policy. They want me to wait all the way till April to give me. My discount I just do not like the customer service at this agency.
Poor communication cancelled my policy when i was told they reinstated it - after only a month late. Definitely do not recommend.
