I must be getting the shaft then. I have been with allstate out of that office for 20 years from James Jackson to Robert Newell which has been great. Since Mark Ferren has took it over my rates have been going up consistently. I will be leaving this company as soon as possible. Sorry and good luck everyone else.

rarely do i get online to post a review but after using this agency i knew i had to. first things first, anthony is by far the most knowledgeable, friendly, gregarious, professional individual and i had the pleasure of meeting him to help me with my needs. he made the process for me very smooth, speedy, and was honest and having my needs be met. i will NEVER go elsewhere! highly recommend to every and anyone. thank you for everything you’ve done!
