So reps are unable to pull up your account with your name and # bc ALLSTATE's system is 'locked' between agencies?! BUT since your policy number is required to process a receipt for returning Milewise dongle devices it seems very silly that reps just don't call customer service. In the end I was required to do myself because the system isn't set up to be convenient for customers.
This was the most unprofessional place I've ever tried to go to.
